What are the conditions of return?

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The return policy applies only to purchases made on our website www.dare2.store.

• The item cannot have been worn and must be in good condition.
• The original price label must be attached to the item.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging (in good condition).
• The return form must be filled out completely and be readable.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Please send us your package by post. The return costs are at your expense.

• Fill out the return form that is included with your order.
• Prepare your return package with appropriate packaging material
• Present your package containing this document and the goods you wish to return to a post office and mail your package to the following address: Texcodeck, Rue de la Wastinne 21, 1301 Bierges.
• Ask for the proof of delivery at the bpost office and keep it carefully for at least 3 months. 

When and how am I refunded?

As soon as our Customer Service receives your package and everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount of the refund. We do our utmost to refund our customers within 3 working days of receipt of the package.
